*Peoples Landing rates are for 6 people.  * Minimum age to rent is 25.   *Maximum capacity is 6 people (exceptions for up to 2 children age 10 or under with prior approval)

* Guests may be allowed to have a maximum of 6  non-overnight visitors during your stay at no charge with prior approval only .

*We allow guest to park one boat or watercraft at no charge.  *We provide designated parking in front of each home for up to two mid size or one larger vehicle at no charge.

*Additional parking for larger vehicles is allowed a short distance from the home by reservation only due to limited   availability. 

*No pets are allowed.  ​*No parties allowed without prior approval.  *Please read our House Rules and Rental Agreement prior to making reservations.
